What's not covered
- Claims not resulting from a diving accident, or illness not directly caused by one
- Diving against medical advice, or medical conditions you haven't declared
- Diving beyond your certification, or outside training-agency guidelines
- Injury from a spear-gun used with scuba
- Freediving competitions or record attempts, unless agreed
- Lawsuits in the USA or Canada
