Welcome.
This is probably the least structured corner of the DYVUM website — and deliberately so.
I wanted a space where I can write a little more personally, in my own voice, about the things I notice along the way.
Sometimes that may be a thought after a dive trip. Sometimes it may be something I observed while teaching, a destination I enjoyed, a review, a lesson learnt, a conversation that stayed with me, or simply something about diving, travel, conservation or the people around this world that I feel is worth sharing.
Not every entry will be serious. Not every entry will be educational. Some may simply be stories, thoughts, opinions, or moments that made me stop and think.
That is really what I want this journal to be — a collection of experiences and observations gathered along the way.
And since diving is rarely just about the person underwater, I would love for this to be a conversation too.
If something I write reminds you of your own experience, if you have a different perspective, or if there is something you would like me to explore, leave a comment.
I'd love to hear from you.
So, welcome to the DYVUM Journal.
Let's see where this takes us.

DYVUM is built for divers who want more than just another dive — more skill, more confidence, more stories, a deeper connection with the ocean, and a community to keep exploring with.
